My Review
I only tried one sachet and as a result am unable to comment on any long term results and so will comment on the taste and immediate afterthoughts.
First instincts were that it smelt like it said on the pack. Having tried the orange/tropical flavoured sachet it was a good start to see the smell matching the alleged flavour.
The texture was very thick but consistent and pleasant. Taste was great and rather enjoyable; exactly as it was advertised.
Theoretically, this gel would be great for consumption at any point during the day, before and after training.
Overall, a great tasting gel which delivers high dose of carbohydrates and a broad array of sugars.
