My Review

To start, I'd like to note that I began taking this supplement as I changed my routine (from a 5/3/1 routine to German Volume Training). Therefore I cannot attribute the results I have seen solely to this product, hence the 3/5 effectiveness rating.

This product is easy to take, it's a tasteless pill. Due to an odd schedule I didn't take the pills regularly, but I did get the 4 per day, as recommended. I'm not sure what effect this had as I have no control to measure against. However, I do feel that since I was consuming the recommended daily doses, my schedule wouldn't have had much of an impact on the expected results.

Overall I'd say I had fairly good results with this product. I noticed a small but distinct increase in my bulk. It's always a good sign when other people notice too, and I had a good 4 or 5 individuals comment on my mass gain.

Aside from the aesthetics, I also noticed that I was considerably stronger in the gym, being able to lift more than I have ever done in the past in all aspects of my training.

In terms of recovery, I was also recovering in not time. Maybe thats due to the fact that I've been training hard now for several years, but that was something I noticed whilst on Testofuel.

Finally, I haven't experienced any of the usual test booster side effects which is always a plus!

I don't think there's much else to say about this stuff really. It's easy to take and I had real results. I'm happy with that.
