My Review

I started using this product as an aid to help me simply lose weight. I found that within a week it definitely reduced my appetite and I seemed to feel full and full of energy. However the increase in energy could have been to the exercise... who knows? It was easy to take 2 capsules after breakfast and 2 after lunch, which I sort of modified for the first 2 weeks by taking 1 capsule each time. I started taking the suggested dose afterwards around week 3.
Around half way through week 3 I fell ill and stopped going to the gym and stopped taking this which is why i probably did not get as much out of the product as i could have. Saying that, I do feel that the product didn't feel like a thermogenic agent as it did not make me feel hotter or sweat loads.
Overall I feel the product is 'ok' and would suggest it to someone if they want to have something that will increase their energy levels curb their appetite but not necessarily help with a lot of weight loss. The product does have some benefits especially if combined with a healthy diet and a good gym routine.
