My Review
Ultimate whey appealed to me initially because of the high whey protein percentage per scoop. It was something around 75%. This meant that the amount of carbohydrates and fat is very low and that I had to make it all up with my diet which wasn't very hard. It was probably the cheapest whey supplement I had however it was by far the most unenjoyable one. I didn't like it so much that I struggled to finish the tub. I had the Strawberry Cream flavoured one and I found it extremely hard to mix as well. After using it for three weeks, I found that my weight has increased by 4%, my arm circumference has increased by 1%, my chest circumference has increased by 2%, my waist has decreased by 8% and my quadriceps increased by 2% and my calves increase by 1%.
Apart from the taste, I feel that this supplement is perfect for those out there that want to customise their own supplements by adding on extras and the whey would act as a perfect grounding for their supplement, however it wasn't made for me and I shall be steering away from it.
