My Review
Having only tried just a sample of Myprotein's Exceed I can only comment on a limited number of aspects such as taste, mixability and product design. However, I am unable to comment on any long-term results.
On opening the sachet, Exceed seems to have clumped together into a soft-solid state, so I broke it down manually and tried to mix it with 250ml of water. Most of it had disappeared after a prolonged period of shaking, however, on drinking it there were still some undissolved lumps.
Unlike the experience with the shaking, the flavour was perfect. It served as a sweet refreshing drink to sip on throughout the workout session. Loaded with amino acids, I would imagine it helps with long-term muscle growth and recovery. However, owing to being a sample, one is unable to make any comments on its long-term effects.
