My Review
I've been having Optimum Nutrition's Complete Protein bars now for just over a week as part of my lunch time meal. I was a little apprehensive at the start regarding how they would be like given their high protein content, but from the first bite I found them to be fantastic. I had the caramel crunch flavour and I have to give it to Optimum Nutrition, the flavour is spot on! The difference between Optimum Nutrition's Complete Protein bars and your generic caramel bars was uncanny. I thorough enjoyed every bar I had. The only down side was that sometimes due to being handled poorly, the caramel would escape the bar and be all over my hands as soon as I open it. But that's caramel for you!
Personally, I think that's fantastic for a mid-day snack! It's difficult to comment on gains whilst using these bars but they are ideal for anyone irrespective of training aims.
Well worth a try!
