My Review
I've been having Optimum Nutrition's Oats & Whey Protein flapjack bars now for nearly two weeks as part of my lunch time meal. I was a little apprehensive at the start regarding how they would be like but from the first bite I found them to be fantastic. Soft enough to savour yet the serving is enough to satisfy your satiety.
I had the Oats and Honey flavour and I have to give it to Optimum Nutrition, the flavour is spot on! No hits of protein taste, yet each bar is delivering 23g of protein and 28g of carbohydrates. Personally, I think that's fantastic for a mid-day snack! It's difficult to comment on gains whilst using these bars but they are ideal for anyone irrespective of training aims.
Well worth a try!
