My Review
I've only used Gaspari Nutrition's Aminoblast as a sample so unfortunately cannot comment on it's long term effectiveness.
Having tried the Lemon Ice flavour, it firstly mixed really well with 200ml of chilled water and consequently the flavour was incredible!
It was very easy to drink throughout the workout and the flavour lasted right till the end!
Overall, a great intra-workout loaded with amino acids!
