Okay this was the second supplement I ever bought and Creatine Mono is proven to work so I was excited to get some gains from it but I didnt... Other creatine mono from Gaspari and Universal I have had some great gains from but this was just crap. I had to sit on the toilet at least 3 times a day and after a month the powder went clumpy in the tub but still mixed and remained undetectable in terms of taste. I didn't even retain water from it thats how bad it was! But I bought it really cheap from Monster Supplements, so I guess you get what you pay for (I buy most of my supplements from Tropicana Fitness and never monster, due to them having great service and being cheap as chips).
This was a horrific supplement and I would never recommend it!
