My Review
I used Ripped Freak as part of a Pharmafreak stack for approximately 6 weeks during a cutting phase. During that time I would take 1 tablet every morning an empty stomach. I would take another one before my workout session occasionally when I would be feeling tired instead of a pre-workout. It takes about an hour to feel the effects, but when it kicks in, you notice. There’s a distinct headrush, you feel much more focused and alert on the task.
During that 6 week period I lost 3% in terms of body fat whilst increasing my total body weight by around 3kg. To me, that is a great result to obtain whilst on a cutting phase.
Within the packaging is a suggesting training routine. It looks really good for a beginner, however, I continued with my usual rugby-relevant training program.
Only thing I would note is, do not use it as the same time as another caffeine product, such as coffee. The combined dose can be a little overwhelming!
Overall, one of the best fat burners I’ve ever used!
