My Review
I used Beta-Stim as part of a Ronnie Coleman Signature Series stack for approximately 6 weeks during a bulking phase. Probably not the best idea, but I was keen on trying to see if it would help me generate a lean bulk, as opposed to just being generally bulkier. During that time I would take 2 capsules per day, as advised prior to every workout and first thing in the morning. On my rest days, I would take them throughout the day. I must note that I haven’t gone over 2 tablets in a single 24 hour period.
Having lost 3% in terms of body fat whilst increasing my total body weight by around 3kg I feel that Beta-Stim did its job. The idea of having a lean bulk was really helped by this. Initially, I would feel slow-burning energy with no associated fiery jolt nor crash effect.
However, I must also note that during that six week period I was able to continue progressing through my heavy, compound lifts and consequently gaining a notable amount of lean mass during. I would take the second capsule an hour or so before my workout to act as a stimulant, and it really does that too, well!
It’s also worth mentioning that I didn’t notice any of the side effects commonly associated with fat burners.
Overall, I would have to say that Beta-Stim is one of the best fat burners out there with its unique 7 phase formula.
A note to natural competitors: It contains Synephrine which is included in the 2014 Monitoring Program. It is monitored, not prohibited!
