My Review
I am not too sure on how we can comment on the efficiency of vitamins without taking serial blood tests and analysing them. However, I'd like to comment on the practicalities of Pharmafreak's Vita Freak.
Pharmafreak did it again, delivering another product with you as an athlete in mind. Vita freak has been specially designed to match the demands of an exercising body, containing 10 vitamin complexes which are claimed to aid: "Multi-vitamin, multi-mineral, amino acids, antioxidants, immune support, digestive support, daily detox support, cognitive support, cardiovascular support and aid absorption."
The majority of the ingredients used are backed by peer-reviewed evidence to support the claims surrounding them. It must be noted that they are most effective in people whom are deficient in them initially. The doses are designed as such to allow maximal absorption by the body.
Design wise, I really like the look of the tub, but what I really LOVE is how each days serving is individually packed, meaning it is easy to carry around or pack in luggage if you're traveling. The only thing I don't like is that I would have to take 3 tablets to make up one serving.
