My Review

I've taken USN's Xedra-Cut Lava Sticks for just under 2 weeks and noticed some great results. Firstly taking it regularly throughout the day got rid of terrible binge eating habits. I found that it has controlled my appetite really well. All the flavours which I have tried were REALLY good. I cannot stress how good and fruity it tasted. My particular favourite was cherry flavour. I also took it during working out in the gym and I found it has a really positive stimulating effect. I felt very pumped for the duration of my 45 min - 1 hour training sessions.

One thing I noticed was that sometimes I would get uncomfortable palpitations later at night despite taking it as advised, but that could be due to presence of caffeine within. Another thing I noticed was that some of the packets had solidified within the the pack before being opened which made it a little harder to mix and took a little longer, but the end result was good as all the others. Finally, I didn't like the fact that I was having to take 4-5 sachets per day, I felt it was a bit too much.

Overall, with a price so good and effects like I experienced, it's defiantly a favourite for a pre-workout/inra-workout/fat-burning supplement which I really enjoyed.
