Log 1

So this is going to be my first log where I will be putting what I am lifting at the moment.

These will be the weights I can lift and endure as a final set in a 3×8 program.

Log 1 – 16/06/2011

Deadlift:120kg

Bench press: 90kg

Deep squat: 100kg

Right-angled squat: 160kg

Barbell military press:60kg

Clean and jerk: 50kg

Flat Chest Fly: 22.5k

Inclined dumbell bench press: 35kg

Decline dumbell bench press: 27.5kg

So over time, I would hope these get higher, till then, gotta keep training hard 😀.
