My Review
Having used Kinetica's Pre Fuel for a while I've come to the conclusion that it is delicious having tried both the watermelon and berry flavours! It mixes really well with around 150ml of water, doesn't foam up and very easy to drink, enjoyable in fact.
Soon after I started to feel the effects, a slight tingle but a significant increase in alertness. It's a great pre-workout to have after a long day at work. It really does pick you up. Only down side is the effects last a LOOOONG time! So for me, I stopped taking it after 7pm, otherwise I would be up until 2am!
So overall, Kinetica's Pre Fuel is a great pre-workout!
