Contains 85% of iron RDA - essential to any women's multivitamin. At £4.99 for a month's supply, it's very good value for a great multivitamin that's tailored just for women. Contains plenty of manganese and selenium, essential in a women's multivitamin due to the higher female risk of osteoporosis.

Lacks vitamin K, another important vitamin in lowering the risk of osteoporosis. Lacks calcium, another important component in strengthening bones (and nails!)

My Review

My experience with MyVitamin's True Woman 'Hair, Skin and Nails' multivitamin tablets was, overall, a very positive one. I am always careful to take a multivitamin - so I don't believe I was deficient in any of the vitamins and minerals included in this complex - but after switching to these tablets I definitely noticed that there was no decrease in my hair or skin's general health. In fact, taking this multivitamin maintained them perfectly - my hair was strong and shiny, my skin was clear and healthy-looking. So although they didn't miraculously turn me into a goddess, I certainly maintained a healthy look - and, most importantly, I FELT 'well' while I was taking them.
Plus, having evaluated the complex in this multivitamin, I noticed that it was almost perfect in comparison to my research into female-oriented multivitamin tablets (read more in the 'Women's Fitness' section of Supplement Judge!).
Overall, a big thumbs up!
