My Review

I used DEFCON-1 in the pineapple flavour. I only used a single serving so cannot comment on any long term effects. The first thing I noticed was how pineapple-like it was! This was the first time for me to try a pineapple flavoured pre-workout and boy did it taste good. Within the following 20 minutes I was considerably more alert and focused. I was more aware of my heart pumping stronger and being more focussed. I took it during one of my heavy lifting days and found that I wasn’t fatiguing as I normally would. I had a very good productive session and as the session came to an end, so did the effects of DEFCON-1 which gradually faded away, creating no post-workout crash effect.

Overall, one of the tastiest pre-workouts I’ve ever tried!
