My Review

JACK3D is a product that has created a buzz in the YouTube with many reviewers swearing to its effectiveness so I decided to give it a try. JACK3D mixes very well and tastes good although the taste is very strong and concentrated.
I was expecting a significant energy boost throughout my workout with an increased heart rate allowing me to get the blood flow for that extra rep. My first use of JACK3D I felt was working. I thought I had more energy in the gym and my body seemed to be "warming up" faster than it ever had. I used it for the next two weeks or so and eventually just stopped using it. My first use I believe was the placebo effect, I wanted it to work and I believe it would so I simply thought I had more energy. I quickly realized it wasn't helping me the way I wanted it to and I just stopped taking it. I ordered two bottles and I ended up selling one to my friend because I felt the product wasn't helping me at all.
Drinking a lot of coffee or other high caffeine drinks can hinder the results of a pre-workout supplement, but I am not a coffee drinker or a pop drinker. This is the only pre-workout supplement I have tried but it did not have any of the effects that others are saying they get from their pre-workouts.
I would not recommend JACK3D. This is not to say that all pre-workouts are noneffective. JACK3D may work for you but I caution spending your money on it.
